Latvian Carrier Places Order for 10 More A220-300s, Taking Total Firm Order to 90
Recent Order Marks Fourth Follow-on Order for Airbus A220-300 Aircraft Deliveries for airBaltic in 2022
**Dubai, November 13, 2023** - airBaltic has confirmed an incremental order for 10 A220-300s, making the Latvian carrier the largest A220 customer in Europe.
The A220-300 is the most modern airliner in its class, carrying between 120 to 150 passengers on flights of up to 3600 nautical miles.
airBaltic has firm orders for 90 Airbus A220-300s and plans to have 100 A220s by 2030.

Airbus has delivered over 200 A220s to customers worldwide. The A220 has a maximum range of 3,400 nautical miles (6,300 kilometers) and is powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1500G engines.
The A220 is a fly-by-wire aircraft with a glass cockpit. It is equipped with the latest avionics and navigation systems.
